Open an existing move record or create a new one by clicking New Move
Click the 3 dots icon in the top right, then click Refer
(Optional) Click Customer Requests Contact to mark the referral as warm. This will share the entire move record with bookamove and staff will reach out to the customer. This feature is for dealing with time sensitive issues like emergency cancellations.
