Web Access

This guide outlines the Main Menu as viewed from a laptop or desktop computer. When accessed via a web browser from your phone or tablet, the mobile web version contains most of the same functionality, but has a different user interface.Users will see this message on most settings pages:

- Please contact Bookamove Support for advice before making any alterations.

- The Settings menu is too complex to be navigated using a mobile device. Please visit from a desktop browser.

Settings Menu

On each member’s web interface, there is a Settings menu at the bottom, left side of the page.

This menu provides quick access to the settings for your move contracts, messaging, calendars, permissions & passwords.

Click Settings to expand the menu and choose which category of settings you would like to view.

Contract Settings

The Contract settings allow you to edit the move record to better suit your individual business. Here, you can make changes to what is displayed in Move Records and on your company’s public profile page on Bookamove. Click a row to expand the card for that section and display the options available.

Email & SMS Settings

The Email & SMS settings will allow the user to view all messages related to each move stage, as well create new messages, make changes to automated message settings for your company moves, and edit your company Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Truck & Staff Calendar Settings

The Staff Calendar settings allow users to view, edit & create Staff Calendars, which can then be accessed from the Staff Calendar link in the Main Menu.

The Truck Calendar settings allows users to view, edit & create Truck Calendars, which can then be accessed from the Truck Calendar link in the Main Menu.

Return to Default

Clicking Return to Default will change ALL settings across ALL settings pages to their original status.

Security Settings

The Security settings allows admin users to view and edit the permissions that are assigned to the different staff & crew roles within the company.
